Eligibility:Officers under the Central / State Governments ncluding Central Paramilitary Forces:
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis i the parent cadre / department; or (ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 + GP Rs.4,600/- (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.6500-200-10500/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre / department; and
(b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Degree of a recognised University or equivalent; (ii) Three years experience as Drill Instructorincluding experience of planning, coordinating and conducting outdoor training activities.
