Educational Qualifications:
General Manager (Signal) –> Must be a Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering or Electronics or Communication Engineering or a combination of any of these disciplines or Equivalent degree with minimum 18 years of experience in implementing design, installation, testing, commissioning & operation of AFTC based automatic signal system, Route Relay Interlocking or Electronic Interlocking of a big yard (Preferably for gauge conversion)with modern signal equipment system.He should also have sufficient exposure in the planning, procurement, tenders & contract management. Experience in Metro Rail project is preferable.
General Manager (Finance) –> Must be a Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or MBA with specialisation in Finance from a reputed Institute or a Member of Group "A" Service of Government of India in SG/SAG Grade. Appointment on deputation in case of Government Officers may also be considered.
Selection Process: Interview followed by Medical examination

Required Qualification & Experience: Must Possess degree in Civil Engineering from a Govt.recognized University / Institute with minimum 10 years overall experience, out of which he should have worked as Assistant Manager / Manager or equivalent position in Railway / Highway Projects / other Infrastructure Projects involving construction supervision, project management, contract management, preparation of variation orders, settlement of claims and disputes. Experience in execution of pile foundations, framed structures and preparation of tender documents and tender process for civil works will be desirable. In case of serving officers from Railways / PSU selected, they should be ready to join CMRL immediately on resignation / or on VRS. Minimum 10 Years of Experience.
