Application Fee: For posts with AGP of Rs. 9000/- & 10,000/- - Rs. 800/-, For posts with AGP of Rs. 6000/- - Rs. 400/-. SC/ST candidates shall pay only 25% of the above application free. Physically handicapped candidates (handicapped 40% or above) are exempted from paying fee. Attested copy of certificate issued by appropriate authority is to be submitted for such concession/exemption.

How To Apply: Duly filled-in original application form. 12 photo copies of filled-in form, one set of attested photo-copies of testimonials/certificates and two recent passport size photographs (non-returnable) signed in full (at the bottom), by the candidate, should reach the above address within last date of application. Last date for submission of filled -in application forms is 28th February, 2013 (before 6.00 p.m.).
