Qualification & Experience:
Deputy Gen. Manager - Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree with 1st class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Marketing Management. Minimum 24 years of Post Qualification Experience in Marketing of which minimum 10 years of experience in Export Marketing of Printing and Writing Paper in reputed Paper Mills with a production capacity of 200-300 tpd. The incumbent should be familiar with Export Pricing, Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment activities and matter relating to Export incentives and JDGFT.
Assistant Gen. Manager - Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree with 1st class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Marketing Management. Minimum 21 years of post qualification experience in marketing field of which 8 years in reputed Paper Mills with a production capacity of 200 – 300 tpd. Should have been in the cadre of Senior Manager or equivalent position for 3 years.
