Exam Fee: No examination fee as this recruitment is for physically handicapped candidates.
How To Apply: The application in the prescribed format should be filled up by the candidate in his/her own handwriting, with blue or black ball point pen (not in pencil, fountain pen or gel pen) dully dated and signed. Candidate’s Name, Address with Pin Code, Date of Birth, Father’s Name and nearest Railway Station should be written legibly in English in bold capital letters, even if the candidate fills up the Application Form in Hindi.The envelope containing the application should be clearly superscribed “Application for physically handicapped persons (OH,HH,VH) for the Post of ______ Category No._______ of Employment Notice No. 01/2012(PH/SRD) ”. The last date for receipt of application is 27th July 2012.
