SSC Stenographers Examination 2012 (Grade-C and Grade-D)

SSC CRStaff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold a Combined All India Open Examination for recruitment to the posts of  Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and Grade ‘D’  for which 12th Standard Pass from a recognized board/university is the minimum qualification. The date of written examination is 29th July 2012.

PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4600 for Grade-C and PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400/- for Grade-D

Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognised Board or University.

Application Fee: Rs. 100/- payable through CRF Stamps  for off-line application or SBI Challan or on line payment through  SBI in the case of on-line application. Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen.

How To Apply: Application in the prescribed format should be send to the Regional / Sub Office. The last date for receipt of application is 25/05/2012 (upto 5 PM). For candidates residing  in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for candidates residing abroad  – 01.06.2012.
