Chennai Metro Rail Ltd (CMRL), a Joint Venture company with equity participation from Government of India and Government of Tamil Nadu has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the Chennai Metro Rail Project. Applications are invited from dynamic and result oriented Engineers (Civil,Mechanical, Architecture, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics and Electronics & Communication Engineering), for the CMRL sponsored PG Diploma Course in “MetroRail Technology and Management”.

Discipline wise Vacancies: Civil – 02, Mechanical – 02, Electrical/Electrical & Electronics –04, Electronics & Communication Engineering – 04, Architecture – 01.
Educational Qualification: First-class graduates with minimum aggregate average of 70% marks (relaxed by 5% for SC/ST candidates) in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Architecture from a recognized University/Institute are eligible to apply. The candidates should have qualified in GATE 2011 or 2012. Final year students who will secure the eligible degree before the commencement of the course can also apply.
Application Fee: A non-refundable crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 300/- for General & OBC candidates and for Rs. 50/- for SC/ST candidates (for processing cost only) along with application form drawn in favour of CHENNAI METRO RAIL LIMITED, payable at Chennai indicating on the reverse of the DD, their name, address and telephone no., if any.
