4.	SECURITY AND VIGILANCE OFFICER	Not Mentioned	Rs.15600-39100/- PM	Retired defence/ police personnel who served as a commissioned officer for a minimum of 3 years in Army/ Navy/ Airforce or as an officer of equivalent rank in Para-Military Forces or Police.
