How To Apply: Application form on plain paper as prescribed format (available at Employment News 7-13 January 2012) duly completed with two passport size photographs (One self attested photograph affixed to the application form and the second photograph enclosed in an envelope) along with self address and stamped envelope of 12x25 cm size duly affixed with Rs 30/- postal stamps should be addressed to “Commanding Officer, Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot, 20, Maneckshaw Road (Dr. Coyaji Road) ., Pune-411001. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed as "Application for the post of ……….." (Name of post in Capital letters). The last date for receipt of completed application is 21 days from date of publication (7th January 2012).
