Bachelor’s Degree of a Recognized   University or a Degree of equivalent standard
(B.A. /B.Sc. / B.Litt.) with Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, History and Geography through 10+2+3 pattern. (AND) B.Ed. Degree of a Recognized University in the State of Tamil Nadu or a degree of
equivalent standard. (AND) Must have studied Tamil under Pa r t  –  I  or Part  – II upto SSL.

Examination Fee: Rs. 300/- (Rupees 150/- for SC, ST Candidates only). The fee is payable by a crossed Demand Draft Drawn in favour of “Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai” payable at Chennai.

How To Apply: Candidates should use only the OMR Application Form. The Application Forms along with Prospectus and Syllabus for the written Competitive Examination can be obtained in person from 04.11.2011 from the offices of the Chief Educational Officers in 32 Revenue Districts of Tamil Nadu on payment of Rs. 50/- in cash. Applications are invited upto 5.30 p.m. on 19.11.2011.
