How To Apply: Applicants are requested to submit their applications on the prescribed performa which can be downloaded from the website www.haryanahealth.nic.in The last date of submission of the application is 08.08.2011. The duly completed application forms alongwith copies of relevant certificate of the document and a demand draft/ postal order of Rs. 500/- (five hundred only) for General Category and Rs. 250/- (two hundred and fifty only) for Reserved category in favour of Director, Medical Education and Research, Haryana, Panchkula payable at Panchkula must reach the office of Director, Medical Education and Research, Haryana, Bays No. 55-58, 2nd Floor, Sector-2, Panchkula (Haryana) upto 5 P.M on 08.08.2011. Interviews for selection will be held on 16th and 17th August, 2011.
