NO.11, PUNE – 411 001. Application form duly completed in all respects along with a crossed demand draft of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) drawn in favor of Director, NIV, Pune payable at SBI Main Branch, Pune and attested copies of certificates in support of date of birth, educational qualification, experience, caste verification etc., may be sent to THE DIRECTOR, NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF VIROLOGY, 20-A, DR. AMBEDKAR ROAD, POST BOX NO.11, PUNE – 411 001 on or before 02/04/2011. Separate application should be submitted for each post and specialty. SC/ST/PH and Women candidates are exempted from payment of Rs.100/-. ICMR employees are not exempted from the payment.
