- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Bank / NBFCs in retail assets / liability products.

Total CTC at the time of joining: ₹7.85 Lakhs per annum

- Health Insurance Premium paid by the Bank (Coverage ₹5.25 Lakhs): ₹0.48 Lakhs
Term of Appointment: On contract, initially for a period of 3 years, renewable subject to performance evaluation and business requirements at the discretion of the Bank.
Career Progression: On completion of the initial contract period (or any extension), high-performing candidates may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I), subject to the then prevailing norms of the Bank (at the sole discretion of the Bank).
