✅ NABARD Specialist Eligibility Criteria 2026
Note: All posts are on a contract basis for 2 years (extendable up to 5 years). Place of posting is Mumbai.
1. Application Architect (SPPID)
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication/Data Science/AI/ML with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT with at least 3 years in Application/Solution Architecture (preferably in Banking/Financial Services).
2. Technology Architect (SPPID)
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA in relevant discipline (TOGAF/UML + Cloud Certification preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT with experience in enterprise-scale cloud migration and solution architecture.
3. Data Architect (SPPID)
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT with at least 3 years in Data Architecture. Experience in large-scale data migration, data modelling, ETL tools, and Cloud platforms.
4. Carbon Consultant (DCAS)
- Age Limit: 27 to 35 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in Climate Resilient Agriculture, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy or related fields with minimum 55% marks.
- Experience: Around 4 years of relevant experience in climate change, sustainability, and carbon finance projects.
5. Climate Change Specialist - Mitigation (DCAS)
- Age Limit: 35 to 55 years
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy, Climate Science, Sustainable Development or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years with at least 4 years in climate change/sustainability projects.
6. Specialist - Derivatives and Treasury Risk Management (FD)
- Age Limit: 35 to 55 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics or Statistics (CA, CFA, FRM, MBA Finance preferred).
- Experience: 7–10 years in treasury, market risk, ALM, or derivatives.

- Final selection will be based on Interview performance.
