- Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
- Age Limit (as on 31.07.2026): Maximum 30 years (candidates must have been born on or after 01.08.1996). Age relaxation of 5 years is available for SC/ST candidates.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream from a recognised University/Institution.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banks or NBFCs in retail assets / liability products.
- Important Note: Candidates who appeared for Group Discussion / Personal Interview for Junior Officer role under previous notifications of the Bank and were not selected in the final list are not eligible to apply.
✅ Terms of Employment:
- Designation / Role: Junior Officer / Business Promotion Officer (target-based sales role).
- Appointment: On contract basis, initially for a period of 3 years, renewable based on performance evaluation and business requirements at the sole discretion of the Bank.
- Career Progression: High-performing candidates, after completion of the initial contract (or any extension), may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale-I) at the Bank’s absolute discretion, subject to prevailing norms. There is no obligation on the Bank.

Total Cost to Company (CTC) at the time of joining: ₹7.85 Lakhs per annum.
- Fixed CTC: ₹4.49 Lakhs (including NPS contribution)
- Variable Pay (performance-based): ₹2.88 Lakhs
- Health Insurance Premium paid by Bank (Coverage ₹5.25 Lakhs): ₹0.48 Lakhs
Special Allowance:
- ₹10,000 per month for candidates posted under Delhi, Mumbai and Pune Regions
- ₹5,000 per month for candidates posted under Ahmedabad Region
